The showdown between two of the hottest teams in the league will open the festivities. And these teams surely lived up with the expectation. Echo, after suffering the upset of the season didn't let it eat them, the super team entered the game like a house on fire. And they want to include TNC in their hit list. The rising Phoenix on the other hand wants to secure the top place by beating Echo in a sweep, and it is not a farfetched idea. The surprise team of the season has been a revelation as they continue to rule the tournament. After suffering a losing streak TNC is now back after a victory with Bren. Now day, new patch, new heroes to welcome. Speaking of the new heroes, Masha made a comeback this season as Yawi secured the newly improved tank-fighter and wreaked havoc during game number one.

Echo secured the complementary heroes for the Paquito of Karltzy, the sustain coming from Phoveus (BennyQt) and the Ruby of 3martzy gave Paquito the space to land his punches and for additional burst, they also secured the Yve for Kurt to secure the clear wave and zoning potential. For TNC, they secured comfortable pick for Kramm with the Esmeralda and Jawhead for Benthings but the surprise of the day came from Yasuwo (Karrie) and the return of Hanzo (SDzyz).

The battle of surprises commenced with the objective game of Echo securing proper sacrifices to gain advantage during the earlier part of the game. Focusing on Yasuwo and making his life difficult is a good idea to bring for Echo as they focused on the gold lanner of TNC. Making it hard for Yasuwo open things up for Echo as they secure the kills after kills and the threat of Masha brought fear to the heart of TNC and in a quick manner, Echo finished the game as Yawi ruled the map and secured vision for his teammates.

Game number 2 is a flex for Echo, they maximize the controlled frenzy game as they switched Masha to Natalia for Yawi. And boy it destroyed the rotation of TNC. The price of vision is a hard price to pay as Echo secured every important kill of the game. Even with the 0-3 disadvantage with the turtle, the hero composition and proper hero targeting paved way for Echo as they clogged the escape route for TNC as Kurtzy (Yve) and BennyQt (Phoveus) connection made it hard for TNC to run away with the destructive demonic force clamped TNC in every dash that they commit. But TNC will not fall that easily, SDzyz plays open things for TNC despite using a nerfed Lancelot against Phoveus. With Kramm (Paquito) as his Robin, the combo secured clutch kills for the Phoenix. And with a quick slight of fate, in just 7 seconds, after the onslaught that they experienced TNC flew from the top side and secured the heist of the day as they left Echo in disbelief as TNC win game number two by a quick push from the top lane.

If game number 1 and 2 was entertaining, game number three will kick up a notch as Echo open the game with the gold lane Grock and an Exp lane Hylos with Angela as their support. TNC on the other hand, rose to the occasion with the clutch Natalia pick that smothered the Ling of Karltzy. The rotation and the invasion from the Natalia, the super calm play from and his Esmeralda, and the show stopping barrage from Yasuwo stomped every opportunity that Echo is trying to create. The most objective minded team out lasted the crazy picks of Echo and flexed their flawless executions and proper hero prioritizations. With the win TNC is now sitting on the second spot behind ECHO who lost once again, the best is yet to come for both teams and who knows? Maybe this is a Finals preview for MPL-PH.
