This game is filled with drama as Karltzy faces his old teammates in Bren Esports. Tons of storylines are at stake, from the new jersey of Karl, to the Flap without Tzy Ign for Flap. For sure this match will be a bloodbath and no team will give an inch against the other. The MPL super team against the ArkAngel, Bren fusion will be a sure-fire showstopper.
Lancelot has been a trademark not just for Karltzy but for the whole Bren squad, and the revered jungler just picked it right off the bat. The threezy connection is just so much for Bren to handle in the early game as they make it hard for Phew to handle. The aggression from Echo is a force in the early game but Bren stays calm and finds their ways on how to deal with the attacks, the new core for Bren leads the way with his clutch plays and solid pick-offs every time Echo tries to fight. Saxa and his Paquito dictates the midgame as he outplay the players on Echo. But when the thirteenth minute of the match approached, Typhoon Benny happened. The fact that Paquito, Ruby and Kagura relied on their dashes made it easy for Phoveus to jump and soar as he ruled the midgame every time Bren tried to initiate teamfights. The extended teamfights went the way of Echo as Kurttzy flourished in his bursts, 3martzy and Bennyqt ushered the wall that seemed to be unbreakable, and to top it all off Karltzy to finish the job. Magnificent reaction for Bren as they challenged Echo but it's a little too late for them in game number one
It is a big step for Bren to challenge Echo in game number one and winning game number two is inevitable for them. But the second gear for Echo happened. They clogged every possible entry point of Saxa (Hayabusa) and secured the objectives in the early game. Yawi (Chou) with a smooth connection with Kurtzy (Yve) as they secure every kill whenever they are together, 3martzy on the other hand secured the barricade as he blocks Saxa from dealing his damage and make it difficult for Flap and Super Marco to deal their damage.
The battle is filled with drama but Echo ends it flawlessly. Solid team coordination and masterful mechanics lead them to their first victory of the season. For Bren, it is a perfect way to study and learn, discuss the mishaps and create new opportunities needed for their next games. These teams will face each other again as the tournament goes on but for now, Echo has the last laugh.
