The Philippines' largest league in terms of mobile esports is only getting bigger and better.

The Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) heads into its sixth season with USD 100,000 on the line yet again.

Two-time defending champion Sunsparks, of course, will be there to make history anew in the tournament running from September to October.

There, they will be challenged by teams from all over the country, all of whom will get to register for the nationwide qualifiers beginning Monday.

Registration will go on until July 21 and participants will then get two days to gear up for battle.

The Open Qualifiers on July 23 will be the first step in Season 6, with all registered teams waging war in their groups until 16 remain.

Those teams will then figure in best-of-three series to determine the eight advancing into the Main Qualifiers on July 25.

The quarterfinalists will be divided into two groups where each and every one of them will see action in a best-of-three double-elimination bracket.

Finally, the top two teams from each group qualify to the MPL regular season which will be aired over on LIGA as well as ABS-CBN Sports' YouTube and Facebookpages and website.

Meanwhile, the nationwide qualifiers will be streamed via the official Mobile Legends: Bang Bang YouTube and Facebook pages.

Those interested in registering can do so here.

The MPL Season 6 is organized by Mineski Esports Philippines, Southeast Asia's biggest esports organizer.
