The New El Clasico 2.0 presents itself once again for the second time during the regular season, but Echo doesn’t seem like they’ll be giving ONIC any easy time as they bring out once more their winning lineup: the same lineup they used during the previous day which gave us a close fight against the leading team which is Blacklist International. However, ONIC PH gets hold of the Ling for Kairi during game number 1 and successfully allows him to immediately go online--abusing their early game capabilities with the Grock on Beemo as well as the Popol and Kupa on Baloyskie. The double mage set-up which was utilized by Echo Philippines needed a little bit more time for them to actually be able to effectively execute their tasks, Leading by quite a lot and due to the numerous openings provided to them by their fast-paced rotation, they secured game number 1 with ease against Echo Philippines.

Echo Philippines, in turn, immediately secures the Ling for game number 2 as their first pick on the blue side with a double vision set-up on the Popol and Kupa and Selena, but a surprising Natalia pick, the iconic Baloyskie “Greed” Natalia shows itself for the second time again this season. ONIC PH attempts to delay Hadess on the Ling due to the Natalia and Mathilda, two picks who are expected to have a great damage output during the early game, but Rk3 on the Selena answers back and punishes ONIC. Still, the lead remains in the hands of Echo with a strong performance from Rk3 as well. Echo Philippines seemingly sticks together for the majority of the game as an answer to the Natalia, which effectively works in their favor each time they challenge a teamfight, but Ryota on the Chou commits himself to the split pushes which eventually confuses Echo and their gameplan. ONIC seemingly almost had the game during the last clash at the side of Echo’s purple buff, but as Echo kept on answering ONIC’s attempts, this time it was Hadess who went for the split push towards the crystal--putting an end to game number 2 and pushing the series to a 3rd game.

For game number 3, Echo sticks with their double vision set-up on the Popol and Kupa and Selena, but this time they actually make it triple with the addition of the Yi Sun-Shin, but ONIC starts the game strong with consistent aggressive plays coming in form Kairi on the Benedetta as well as Beemo on the Chou. The amount of information Echo was able to take were all used in their favor as they successfully control the momentum of the game ang take out almost all of ONIC’s towers, despite being behind in terms of kills in this low-scoring game. ONIC answers and once again almost gains the upper hand, but crucial decisions and pickoffs coming in from Hatred and Hadess during the last few moments of the game handed them this series after a close fight against ONIC PH.
