The M4 champions and currently undefeated in the regular season of Season 11, Echo Philippines is here to face the revamped and ready Nexplay Evos in their next matchup. Both teams have been showing their determination and wits in the regular season but who will come out on top?

Game one draft starts with Echo picking up familiar picks such as Fredrinn, Chou, Yu Zhong, and Claude. Echo spices up their draft by picking up Julian who has not seen much play in MPL. Echo focuses their bans on roamers and gold laners such as Karrie, Harith, Kaja, and Diggie. Echo seems to be focusing on a pick-off central composition. NXPE bans out similarly to their other matches by taking out the Wanwan, Joy, and Kadita. They pick up Beatrix, Lollita, Akai, Pharsa and Lapu-Lapu as an answer back to Echo. NXPE’s composition focuses on dominating team fights with the use of their skills.

Game one starts with the first major team clash happening in the first turtle objective where NXPE is able to snatch away the turtle from Echo but lose two members in the process. Despite NXPE winning twice in the turtle objectives, Echo is able to fight back by picking off NXPE’s heroes in team fights earning Echo the gold lead of around 3000 gold. A misclash from the side of NXPE around a minute into the third lord turns out to be their demise as the counter clash from Echo nearly wipes them out earning Echo game one of the series

Game two’s drafts starts with Echo securing Karltzy’s signature Fredrinn as well as Yawi’s signature Chou. The draft is completed with the addition of Benedetta, Harith, and Vexana. Echo have focused their bans on roamers that could potentially counter the playstyle Echo is going for. NXPE on the other hand focus their bans on general meta picks such as the Kadita, Joy, and Wanwan. They answer back to Echo by taking heroes that prove to be successful with them such as the Martis, Yu Zhong, and Pharsa, Melissa, and Khufra hoping to beat out Echo in team fights.

The game starts slow with the first team fight happening during the first turtle objective wherein Echo is able to successfully secure the turtle from NXPE. This allows a steady flow of a gold lead to fall in the hands of Echo. NXPE faces some difficulties as Echo starts by taking resources from their jungle by invading. Even if the match had an overall slow pace and kill score, Echol still held a gold lead of over 4000 by simply taking objectives and stealing enemy jungle.  By the second lord, Echo initiates a team fight where NXPE clashes back but unfortunately falls into the hands of Echo as they get wiped out earning Echo game two as well as the series win.
