The battle of the teams in Black-and-Yellow face-off once again- one trying to continue a streak they wanted for a long time, and another top contender regaining confidence once again. After a two-game win streak against NXPE, BREN stuck with the same historic lineup they've had.

ONIC started off with a surprise Alucard pick for Kairi to energize what seemed to be a pretty normal draft coming from both teams. Natan was secured by KarlTzy as the dawn of the marksman heroes will be tested by BREN in Game #1.

BREN may have taken the all the turtle buffs in the first game, but ONIC Philippines managed to equalize through dividing the rest of the fight and taking down some turrets on the side-lanes for better gameplay. But even being pressured the first moments of the game, Tyrant's Rage sets coming from Lusty and Natan cleanups from KarlTzy brought them to an all-out turret attack to help them in the macro-game. ONIC tried to do what they work with the best- dividing the team fight, but that didn't work as well as the World Champions took first blood in this series. FlapTzy, even when against a bulky Uranus managed to out-sustain and outlive him during most 1-on-1 matchups, making him the MVP of the match.

The second draft of this series went faster than usual, picking heroes that would counter the other and filling the gaps in their lineup. KarlTzy will be going "KarlTzy Makunochi" once again while ONIC holds on to the Ange-Ling combo to start the second game.

Lusty has been continuously initiating Tyrant's Revenge on the mid-laners of ONIC Philippines. Early rotations to disturb their opponents gave time for KarlTzy to immediately have the space to farm. BREN might go back to their usual form as they showed their macro-game prowess- prioritizing objectives and taking the jungle objectives, and even selecting the right fights whenever it is necessary. The itemization is even there to contribute to the damage and sustainability the lineup of BREN has. To finish everything off, KarlTzy even secured a Triple Kill to not give ONIC any chance to come back from the biggest of deficits. With this match, he also reached a 100-kill count this season, a milestone only a selected number of junglers can reach.

"Focus muna namin is to secure the playoffs. Inexpect kasi namin na pasok na kami agad, malalakas na yung mga teams ngayon. Paisa-isa lang muna." Pheww when asked about BREN's thoughts about possibly going back to M3.

To think that ONIC Philippines were one of the teams a lot expect to be in the Season Finals, the fact that BREN easily dismantled them shows how scary the World Champions are when they are serious. With this win, the conquerors of the world rise to fifth in the standings. Bren is back, and they're looking out for blood.
