How can I submit my questions to MPL-PH 1000 Questions?
We are currently operating a core fan group of MPL-PH, and most of the questions are obtained from this group.
But we also welcome all the fans to ask us questions. You can leave your questions about MPL-PH and your game ID in the comment section of this page. In the next episode, we will announce the selected questions and player ID. Each selected player will get a reward of up to 100 diamonds.
MPL-PH team emotes were launched in game, but why Smart Omega does not have an emote in the game? When can we get Smart Omega's team emote?
During the preparation phase of battlefield emotes, in addition to MOONTON Games' internal production of the emotes, we also need to communicate with every team for copyright issues and contracts.
The emote for Smart Omega is finished, but due to the delay in the negotiation of copyright issues, their emoji could not launch last weekend. We will also work with the team to solve the problems ASAP.
The earliest time to launch Omega's emoji will be the next game update in October.
Will MPL give more opportunity for some other players who are not in MPL now? There are also many talented players who are not able to play in MPL.
This season, we have increased the number of applicants for each team in hopes of seeing more fresh blood added to MPL-PH, among which a group of very talented new players has indeed emerged.
Next year, we will also launch our MLBB Development League (MDL) in the Philippines. We hope that MDL can be a platform besides MPL, for talented players.
I have a limited 4G data package, so I would like to read some reports about specific MPL-PH matches. Where can I find these reports?
You can find the post-match write ups at https://ph-mpl.com/news
We are now trying to make some timely reports. Usually, we publish them within 15-30 minutes after the end of each game. But we will only publish these articles on the official website.
We are now planning to put them in a separate playlist for all players to check.
Please stay tuned!
The regular season is about to finish, but there are still very little information about the playoffs released. When will MPL-PH announce more information of playoffs?
Because of the current Covid-19 situation and government policies, we still need more time to confirm the arrangement of playoffs. The safety of players and staff is always our priority.
As MPL-PH League Operations, we hope to host the playoffs offline. We will comply to the government safety measures and guarantee the safety of everyone who attends. But this decision is affected by many factors.
You can check the format of the playoff in MPL-PH official rulebook: Rules - Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League Philippines. The playoffs will be held from 21st to 24th Oct.
We will announce more information on social media once we get final confirmation.
When a new patch just came out, can MPL-PH give a brief discussion of it before the matches start?
Currently, our main publicity method for the content of the new version is via graphics and video posts on social media. You can visit Mobile Legends: Bang Bang-PH Facebook Fanpage to get the whole information.
For esports, we are also trying to combine the content of the game with our tournament. Our casters and talents will share more about the content for each new version. After each update, they will discuss and explain the powerful heroes, items and other related changes of the new version during the streaming.
MPL-PH League Operations will also help our players to create some photo or video posts to tell fans their understanding of each update in the future.
Can we add the team standings in the news ticker that is flashing at the bottom of the screen?
MPL-PH fully understands the sentiments of our fans as we are getting closer to the playoffs. The result of each match will affect the final ranking of each team and the qualification for the playoffs. Therefore, MPL-PH broadcasting team will show the timely standing of 8 teams after every single match.
The latest standings will be added to the scroll bar at the bottom of the live broadcast to ensure timely updates.
Many heroes were banned during the whole season, can we add a section to announce the unusable heroes with reasons?
MPL-PH currently has an internal process regarding all banned heroes with various related departments. Therefore, the team and the players can know the heroes and reasons for being banned in time.
In consideration of our fans, MPL-PH broadcasting team will add stickers during the BP stage to show the weekly prohibited heroes and attach reasons.
Can we have a ranking on the MPL website for the MPL matches following their viewers? So that we can track popular matches, a link for the replay video would be better for the rank.
Regarding this question, we have conducted internal considerations and will not implement it.
There are several reasons:
Why aren't all teams allowed to use revamp heroes or new heroes after a week?
Everyone knows that every time the new version is updated, there may be reworked heroes or new heroes.
According to the requirements of the developers, every time there is a reworked or a new hero launch, a certain observation period (2 weeks) is required to test their performance in ranking or normal game. These heroes will be released for tournaments after the observation period if no significant bugs are reported to avoid some unknown bugs in the tournaments from affecting the game.
Therefore, the revamp heroes after this update will still need to wait for the two-week observation period before they are released by the MPL-PH team.
